Using our services

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use Mike's Penn Avenue Grille's website, reservation, waitlist, catering, and text messaging services. Randy Horton, doing business as Mike's Penn Avenue Grille, provides these services. By submitting a request or using a service, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.

Reservations and waitlists

Reservation and waitlist availability may change as restaurant conditions change. Please tell us promptly if your party size, arrival time, or plans change. A confirmation records your request but does not guarantee a particular table, seating area, or exact wait time.

SMS terms

When you check the text-message consent box, ask staff to add you to a waitlist, or initiate a text conversation with Mike's Penn Avenue Grille, you consent to receive service-related text messages at the number you provided. Messages may include reservation confirmations and reminders, change or cancellation updates, waitlist status and table-ready alerts, staff replies, and feedback requests.

Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELPfor assistance. Catering requests

Online catering submissions are requests for follow-up and are not final orders until Mike's Penn Avenue Grille confirms availability, menu details, pricing, pickup or delivery arrangements, and any other applicable terms directly with you.

Service availability

We work to keep our online and messaging services accurate and available, but they may occasionally be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable. If a request is time-sensitive, call the restaurant at (330) 332-4804.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. The date shown above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to future use.
